Fugu Casino

Privacy policy: how the Fugu Casino guide treats your data

Effective from 10 October 2026. This policy covers the independent Fugu Casino guide and the e-mail address [email protected]. It does not cover the casino itself: when you register, deposit or verify your identity with Fugu Casino, the operator, Galaktika N.V., handles that data under its own rules, and the guide never sees it.

Our role

The editorial team of the guide decides why and how the personal data described below is processed, which makes it the controller for that data. The guide has no accounts, no registration form, no newsletter sign-up form, no deposit or payment form and no comment section, so little data reaches it, by design.

What we receive and where it comes from

DataWhere it comes fromWhy it is needed
E-mail address and name, if you use oneYour message to [email protected]To reply to you
Content of your messageYouTo understand a question or check a reported mistake
Page, figure and screenshot you refer toYou, if you attach itTo locate and verify a correction
Basic technical records such as time of visit, page requested and browser typeThe web server that delivers the pagesTo keep the pages running and to spot technical faults

Please do not send passport copies, card numbers, bank statements or casino account passwords. The guide cannot use them. A screenshot of a cashier screen should have the account number, the profile e-mail, the middle card digits and any transaction hash covered before it is sent; one that shows a document photo is deleted on receipt, and you will be asked for a cleaned version if the figure still needs checking.

Why we process it

There are three purposes. The first is answering your message; the second is checking and applying a correction to a page, with your message as the starting point; the third is keeping the site secure and working, which is where the technical records are used. Data is not used to build a profile of you, to decide anything about you automatically or to send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Legal basis

Replying to a message you started rests on our legitimate interest in answering readers and, where you ask for something, on taking steps at your request. Technical records rest on our legitimate interest in running a secure site. Where a different basis would apply, for instance consent to receive a recurring message, it will be asked for separately and can be withdrawn as easily as it was given.

Cookies

The pages are built to work without advertising or tracking cookies. Cookies that a browser needs to display a page correctly, for example to remember a layout choice, are functional and do not identify you. If a measurement or embedded service is ever added, this policy will be changed first and the date above will move, so that you read the change before it applies.

Sharing

Messages stay with the editorial team. Data is passed on only to a service provider that hosts the site or the mailbox and acts on our instructions, or to an authority when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share your message with Fugu Casino or any other operator. If your message needs the operator to act, for example an account issue, we tell you to contact the operator and do not forward it on your behalf.

Retention

Correspondence is kept for as long as it takes to answer you and to document the correction that followed. A message that leads to a change on a page is kept with the change note so that the reason for the change can be explained later. Messages that lead to no change are deleted once the conversation has ended. Server records are kept for a short operational period and then overwritten.

Security

Access to the mailbox and to the publishing system is limited to the editorial team. Connections to the site use encryption in transit. No system is risk-free, and the protection you control matters most: send only what the question needs.

Transfers outside your country

Hosting and mail providers can process data in other countries. Where data leaves the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the transfer safeguards that apply under the law, such as standard contractual clauses, and we limit what is sent to what the service needs to function.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask for access to the data we hold about you, for correction of wrong data, for deletion, for restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and for a copy of your data in a usable format. You can do so with one e-mail to [email protected]. We may ask you to confirm that the request comes from the address in question before data is released, and we reply without undue delay and in any case within one month.
In practice, access means a copy of the messages and attachments we hold from your address. Deletion removes the message, the screenshot and the address from the mailbox; a correction that your message led to stays on the page, because the corrected figure contains no personal data. Correction of your own data, such as a misspelt name in our reply, is made in the same thread.
You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Links to Fugu Casino and to other sites

Pages link out to the operator and to payment providers where a reader may want to act. Once you follow such a link, the other site sets its own cookies and applies its own privacy rules, and this policy no longer applies. Fugu Casino, for instance, handles personal data requests through its own data contact and can ask for a passport copy to confirm who is asking; that exchange happens between you and the operator. Its own policy keeps account records for at least five years after an account is closed, so a deletion request sent to the guide has no effect on what the casino holds.

Requests we cannot fulfil

We cannot delete data that the law obliges us to keep, and we cannot give access to data that belongs to somebody else. We cannot see, correct or erase anything held by Fugu Casino, and we have no way to confirm a player’s balance, bonus or verification status. Such requests are directed to the operator.

Children and young people

The guide is written for adults. Gambling is for people aged 18 or older, and the casino itself requires confirmation of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor has written to us can ask for the message to be deleted.

Changes to this policy

When the policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date at the top is updated and the change is described in the first paragraph for a period afterwards, so that a reader who wrote earlier can see which text applied then. Smaller edits, such as a corrected typo, do not move the date.

Contact for privacy questions

Write to [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy” and state whether you want to see, correct or delete data. The editorial team answers privacy requests itself and does not use an intermediary mailbox.
