Terms of use for readers of the Fugu Casino guide

By opening these pages you accept the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the guide. They apply to every page of the guide, including the country pages, and they are separate from the terms of Fugu Casino, which you accept only if you open an account there.
What the guide is, and what it is not
The guide is an independent editorial publication about Fugu Casino, an online casino and sportsbook run by Galaktika N.V. The guide explains offers, limits, payment routes and verification steps in plain language. It does not operate gambling, does not accept stakes or deposits, does not hold funds and is not an agent of the operator. A statement on a page is information, not an offer, not a contract and not an invitation to deposit.
Who may use it
The guide is intended for adults. Gambling is for people aged 18 or older, and the casino requires confirmation of legal age at registration. Where the age of majority or the rules on gambling in your country differ, it is your responsibility to follow the rule that applies to you. The country pages are written for readers in Germany, Austria, Latvia, Lithuania, Canada and Poland, in their own language and currency examples. They describe how the service works, and they do not state what the law of a particular country allows or requires. A reader in a market not covered can use the English pages as the neutral version.
Currency figures on the country pages are illustrations of the same euro conditions. The Canadian page works its examples in Canadian dollars while the published ceilings, such as the EUR 5 stake cap and the EUR 4,000 daily payout level, stay in euros; the Polish page shows zloty amounts at an example rate of 4.25, while the real rate is set by the reader’s bank on the day of payment.
